Notes
This newest album"Reality" from Todd Morgan & the Emblems is their 2nd full album. It was released in June 8th, 2012 and consists of 11 songs, 10 originals and one cover, Crazy Cryin' Blues. This song is a remix of a 1927 song by Blues artist, Memphis Minnie, which performed live receives colossal audience approval! This new album takes on a new direction musically from their 1st self-titled album, which was released in 2009. The music has a much more modern approach and sound this time around, as opposed to the heavy influence from the 50’s Rock & Roll on that first release, though I think you may still detect the influences of those Rock & Roll beginnings. We are very happy with the new Pop/Rock sound that most of the songs have on Reality. With the combination of songs off the Dance With Me, EP, and the new, till now unreleased tunes, this album has plenty of character to invite to the party or take on the road.
