Jim Naughton graduated from Saint Peter's College in Jersey City with a bachelors degree in English. He has been writing all of his adult life, specializing in short stories. Jim also collaborated with Tom Mezzo on two military biographies including "Character Excellent" about the last of the old Marine D.I.'s and "Colors," an biographical sketch of Tom Mezzo's father's time in the United States Marine Corps. Jim lives in Hudson County, NJ with his wife, Lu.
Tom Mezzo has been writing music ever since the age of thirteen. He has had no formal music education and whatever he knows he basically taught himself.He was influenced by many composers including Burt Bacharach, Hugo Friedhofer, Bernard Herrmann,Leonard Bernstein,Henry Mancini,James Newton Howard, Alan Silvestri,John Barry, Michelle Legrand and especially David Shire.Tom Lives in New Jersey with his wife and daughter.He served honorably in the United States Navy,has a degree in marketing and automotive technology and half of credits towards a civil engineering degree.
