Notes
Say You Will, Jesse Bonanno’s debut album, introduces a refreshingly genuine songwriter from upstate New York. The array of Jesse’s emotional lyrics, reflecting the joys and struggles of real-life relationships captures the hearts of all who experience his music.
Growing up as the oldest of four sons in a family of musicians, Jesse's days were filled with constant musical experience and creation. Life seemed to intend on the development of his gifts. His friends and family were spellbound as he began playing the piano by ear at the age of three.
Jesse spent two years studying Voila/Violin at The Crane School of Music before transferring to Clarkson University where he obtained a degree in Business Management. He remains completely untaught on the piano and plays only by feeling and listening.
A common fiber of exuberant passion and soul runs throughout each and every performance whether at college venues, churches, restaurants, weddings, bars or parties. Say You Will is absorbing, with lyrics that challenge the journey of love, loss, happiness, and faith.
