Description
An ambient-electronic symphony that tells the story of a despondent man's final hours as he faces up to his own inadequacies when he sees himself stranded in a futuristic dystopia eight years into the future.
Notes
A hauntingly beautiful soundscape that depicts a futuristic metropolis, alive but torn in two by an oppressive political regime. Each track takes the listener one step along the journey towards finding the loved one the lead character has lost: beginning with him waking up, navigating his way through the city to her apartment block and then promptly disappearing when he finds no trace of her. The album was thematically inspired by the soundtracks of Vangelis and Global Communication and the piano works of 20th-century Parisian avant-garde composer Erik Satie.
