A unique cd with its own individual sound and mood, crossing rhythm & blues, jazz, blues and more.

2 AWL DAWG was born in Leavenworth, Kansas some years ago
and grew up listening to all forms of music including Blues,
Big Bands, Gospel, Country and R&B. He really doesn't favor one type of music over another, it depends on his mood at the time.
He played bass guitar with "The Royal Dixie Wonders" gospel group and with various bands Including the first band he played with "The Curtis Liggins Band" which included Kelsey Hill on lead guitar and Ken Cameron on drums with Curtis on bass guitar before forming his own group
"The Night People" for seven years. He produced his first record back in Ol Skool days, a gospel record called "God Is A Wonder", by the Annetta Washington Singers, and has been recording and producing off and on ever since. 2 Awl Dawg aka Louis Brown has also recorded artists such as King Alex, Cotton Candy and the demo that Eugene Smileys' group used to get a contract with Brunswick Records. He recorded the local hit "Gonna Tip Up On You" sung by Frank Lavette and the Lavelles. He never thought about doing a recording of his own until it was suggested by an artist,Frank McLeod, with whom he was working. This is his first ablumn. 2 AWL DAWG aka Mr B of KC will be releasing
CDs on Frank McLeod, Miguel Jenkins, David K. Smith and
DK The Absolute(Rapper) in the near future. He will collaborate online and offline with serious artists who are good at what they do. Any artist who likes the sound quality
can hit him at his e-mail. Also check out the web site.
