Description

Pop Rock like no other

Notes

With its classic British rock’n roll sound, busting out of Montreal in 2006, THE PEAKS have been able to sell out local clubs and find themselves being booked at festivals along side cutting edge talent and rock giants. In the summer of 2006, THE PEAKS are hitting U.S. fans in New York, Chicago ans Boston. Their songs are as visceral as the first time you’ve heard Oasis, or The Cure or even Morrissey. Influenced by The Beatles, Coldplay and U2, the members got to live all together 24/7 for their album preparation, which lasted 4 months, before recording the final product: Out of the box.

"It's been a long time since I have seen and heard a band that puts the heart back into good POP song writing"---Vancouver Dispatch

"There has never been a better time for these guys to come along, I think the time for a band like THE PEAKS is long overdue!"---Arcadian Times

With a little over 10 thousand downloads of their songs, the band is now getting ready for a US tour in the fall followed by a UK tour in the winter of 2007. With only one year of existence and so much success, The Peaks sure are promising !
