Setting the NY streets on fire, Brooklyn's own 89 Verona has hit the Latino Pop scene with an undeniable force. What started out as late night jam sessions quickly grew into a new side of the urban latino movement. Formed in 2008 by Executive Producer Jimmy NewTrax aka JNT and consisting of 3 other members: Medina XXL, Veck aka “El Blanquito and Mega T2B they have managed to create a unique and unforgettable sound. Working closely with the label "Da Famz Entertainment" 89 Verona has formed a partnership with Executive Producer Guelz from Merengue Urbano group Miguel Y Jon Q. After a few years in the underground scene 89 Verona has finally arrived. Drawing from just about every musical genre 89 Verona blends influences from all parts of the world. Leading many critics to call them the latino “Black Eye Peas”

Jimmy NewTrax (aka JNT) Executive Producer/ Artist - JNT has been producing for various artists for the last 6 yrs. Specializing in Reggeaton and Hip Hop he draws from many unlikely music sources for his inspiration. Also know for his addictive choruses he is a creative force to be reckoned with.

Medina XXL - Artist - Medina is the spirit of 89 Verona. His raw lyrics and electric personality make for an incredible stage presence. His commitment to his music and performance are what make him such an important part of the group. Born in the Bronx but representing Brooklyn Medina continues to rip the reggeaton scene apart.

Mega Da Mangler (aka Mega T2B) Artist - Mega’s skills are undeniable, with a style that often leaves other rappers in amazement. He has been in the game for 8 years sharpening his machine gun like delivery. Also know as “Aqua Man” in the group, ones tends to wonder…. does this guy ever breath?

Veck (El Blanquito) Artist - Singing Veck brings fire to the tracks. With his smooth vocals and popping dance moves he surprises many with his wide range of talent. After meeting JNT 6 years ago Veck began recording many Hip Hop and R&B songs which captivate the attention of any audience.
