ONE DAY ALL THIS WILL BE YOURS, the first album by A Devil’s Din, is a glorious paean to the golden age of psychedelic rock, when guitar-wielding Gods walked the Earth with tubes glowing furiously in cloud-pointed amps, carving the sky with elegiac melodies of troubled times. Set against the collapsing temples, crumbling cities and a society nearing obsolescence, ONE DAY ALL THIS WILL BE YOURS is “Nero’s violin serenading a Rome in flames; a musical stethoscope to the heart of humanity…” according to Dave Lines, chief creative officer of A Devil's Din; “We wanted to expand on everything our fans love while adding some genuinely unique new features to really enhance the mayhem.”
Trademark features such as relentless hordes of screaming guitars, lush mellotrons, insightful lyrics, armies of harmonies, and expansive outdoor battlefields of cut-to-the-bone emotions. It’s Syd-Barrett meets the Pixies, with Sabbath and Bowie at either turn, this is indie that rocks; that screams. With the twin guitar assault of Lines and 6-string wizard Chuck Doucet; driven with the fuzz-bass of Mikael Tobias; and ex-Bliss Colin Burnett’s pounding holding down the trigger-- a never-ending attack of savage beat-keeping.
