Zero Minus One meaning without one person in this band we are nothing. We are a five piece with a one two punch on vocals by Jason Ziegler and Abbey Lane. They can throw all different styles and ranges at you along with personal and thought provoking lyrics. Jason has been influenced by music since a young age. He has been apart of many bands over the years highlighted by the band Peril in which they had a studio release From One To Another. But Zero Minus One is his crown achievement and is going out on stage with a mission to dominate the audience along side Abbey Lane. Abbey has a rare skill set by a female artist being able to play guitar and sing. After many years of fronting Abbey Lane and The Backbone, she is stepping away from the guitar at this point to show what she can do just having a mic in her hand. Now she is free to step away from the guitar and mic stand to roam the stage and get more in the face of the audience. Ryan Antony on guitar. Left handed and creative on the axe. He can go from 0 to 60 in a second with his talented guitar playing. Ryan has also played in many bands, including, Nevermind and Uncaged, over the years and has finally found a group with the same drive as him to make music. Dan Hohlfeld on the drums. Formally of Geared Under, they had success of releasing a full album and opening for national acts such as Bobaflex. Not only a precise drummer, he is also a gifted and creating videos giving Zero Minus One a visual feel to go with the music they create. Dustin Kennedy on bass. Also has a long background of successful runs on the stage with The Electroholics and Cheap Charlie. He saw the potential in the group and switched from playing guitar to bass to be apart of Zero Minus One. Dustin has the advantage of having a very solid guitar background that makes his bass playing very fun to watch and hear. Jeff Pfaff was added to the group in April of 2014 after a long look for a second guitar that was the right fit for us. Jeff recently played guitar with Jason in My Tragic Hero and has been in the music scene for a number of years. Jeff brings ENERGY to the stage and puts on a show all by himself. So happy we all finally fell into place to create Zero Minus One. All in all Zero Minus One has a few simple goals when it comes to making music. We're all about performing and packing the house with self promotion. WE are a SOLID band that wants to play for a packed room of people that will be fans for a very long time!
