Restless Journey is the second Acoustic Travellers' album, after their first release "Don't Follow the Sun". It includes all new original songs, showcasing tasteful, essential arrangements and some delicate vocal harmonies. As the name of the duo implies, in this album Acoustic Travellers show their passion for acoustic sounds, especially guitars, but also bouzouki, tenor guitars and piano. Pay attention to the lyrics: the songs speak to the heart of the listeners through personal narratives and images, but they also speak to their minds, with a couple of interesting takes on social issues (Song for Richard Nickel, This Is My Son). Overall, this album is a beautiful journey in acoustic music and poetry. A "Restless Journey", indeed.
