Description
If Jeff Buckley were hatched from a disco ball and raised by Rick James to one day collaborate with Bill Withers it would be this album.
Notes
Born in St. Louis, crafted in New York City and currently breeding in Austin, Texas, Zack Weber is possibly the most masterfully eclectic artist on radar. Known for his explosive energy on stage and his death-defying falsetto, Weber is a pure-bread entertainer with a degree in making people D.A.N.C.E.
Weber's debut record "Daydreams and Day Jobs" received airplay on hundreds of radio stations across the United States as well as placement in several movies and TV shows. "Daydreams" also received rave reviews from several notable industry folk including Cliff Williams (AC/DC), Steve Jordan (John Mayer Trio), as well as MTV Iggy and other publications. The follow up album, "FUNK" comes out of left field practically in a spaceship! "I was listening to Rick James one day and thought that it would be cool if someone came out with a new funk record. Nobody current is doing music like this and I wanted to be the guy to do it... whether it made sense or not"
"FUNK" - Zack Weber, Roy Jones Jr, Jacob Detering, Tony Esterly, Sam Ohlhausen, Tom Linthicum, John Frischer, Melvin Moore, Theo Harden, Scott Bryan, Chad Franklin, David Aholt, Ben Reece, Adam Hucke, Aaron Chandler, Larry J. Nachsin
