Resplendent with hard-hitting grooves, new musical textures and color, tone quality and killer improvisation. Each song blends elements of Jazz and Rock in balanced compositions, featuring solos and accompaniment by deeply musical players.

“Performing and recording with Adam De Lucia is a wonderful experience. He is a rare artist whose free artistic creativity combines with his broad command of technology, blending perfectly to produce a spirited, intense and moving musical landscape.” . . . Michael Ghegan (Michael Ghegan, Justin Timberlake, Jamiroquai)

“Adam is a multi-talented composer and guitarist. It was a pleasure to play on his latest project CP1, and I look forward to hearing more music from him in the future!” . . . Chris Tarry (three-time Juno Award winner — sometimes known as the 'Canadian Grammy' — and leader of The Chris Tarry Group, co-founder of Metalwood, the award-winning Canadian Jazz Fusion band)

“Adam is a seriously talented musician / composer / producer. I recommend him highly.” . . . Timothy Lefebvre (Rudder, Krantz Carlock Lefebvre, Mz.)

From the fiercely percussive and dark, knockabout sonic of ‘The Far Groove’ to the lyrical brightness of ‘The Theme (Virtue)’; the smooth and resonant ‘Cycle Plus One’—a tonal tour de force in seven keys—with bass virtuoso Chris Tarry as a featured soloist to ‘The Dream’ with a raw and brassy intro followed successively by a warm, odd-meter passage, alternating 4/4 to 3/4 mixed meter, and restrained guitar phrasing in two “bookend” passages of trading, this album is the result of 16 years of musical choices and periods of wood-shedding so intense that it was like a full-time job—as much as literally eight hours a day for three months straight. Beside the able Tarry, some of the best playing can be heard on ‘96 Heart Beats Per Minute’, with its rhythm-conscious guitar solo brimming with emotional power, and ‘Caution (Rise Of The Tyrant)’, a must-hear.
