Description

An album of tasty grooves rooted to the heart of american rock n roll.

Notes

"It was once written upon ancient tablets that four godlike men would descend upon the world and render useless all other men in terms of musical talent and sexual attraction."

And while we all still wait for THOSE guys, have a listen to the sultry sounds of The Real Quaid, a premiere alt rock band from Ames, Iowa.

The Real Quaid was formed by Riley Hanus and Colin “Beef Supreme” Grace after their previous collaboration met an untimely end with the graduation of its drummer Tanner Lindbloom and bassist Austin Bamrick.

Soon after, Riley brought in Matt Knoll on rhythm guitar, and later Vince Hartogh joined on drums in Fall 2012 and the current Quaid had formed.

Ever since, The Real Quaid has been invading bars and music venues all around the Ames area, filling up Iowan earholes with music that has reduced many to their knees, weeping in helpless fits of ecstasy upon hearing what can only be described as the pinnacle of human achievement in live music.
