Notes

Singer, songwriter, pianist, guitarist, arranger from Cuba.

Alina Brouwer hit the New York music scene in January of 2007 and has not looked back since. “With beautiful vocals, reminiscing Brazil’s Astrud Gilberto, Spain's Ana Belen or Carmen Cuesta, she captivates unsuspecting audiences in her live performances, a powerful piano playing, she began playing at the age of 3; a supportive family, she was classically trained. She composes beautiful and well crafted songs, that take you through your past and present in her voice as well as in her music, a commanding stage presence, are some keys elements that describe this artist, delicious". ( Motor 16, Pais Vasco, Spain).

Ms. Brouwer shares her family tree with Cuban composers Leo Brouwer and Ernesto Lecuona. Alina lived in Spain for a few years and toured in some European countries. She is currently collaborating with musicians from Mali, Brazil, Colombia, USA, Senegal, Cuba, Haiti, Philippines, Greece, Spain, and Germany in very diverse projects.

Alina says she is committed to keeping her concerts spectacular. Her fan base continues to grow steadily, built on the support of followers she's gained over the years.
