The Whirlees came to be in the Northwest during the early 90's and the sound is still stunning. Sharing the stage at that time with the likes of Everclear, The Dharma Bums, Radiohead, and others, the band was a mainstay in clubs in both Portland and Seattle. Produced by Drew Canulette (Soundgarden, Black Flag, Neil Young), this self-titled debut rocks hard and heavy.
