Subject to Change is Arts' third self-produced Nashville album of his original music. This one features John Connley- lead guitarist for Kenny Chesneys Live show. The producer, Kenny Royster is a 2011 Emmy winner for his work in the studio. The last track, Boots, is dedicated to the men, women and families of the Armed forces. Art makes his living playing live shows in the midwest. These songs are all the result of playing real music for real people.
