Bigplaytae aka B.P.T. was born and raised in Greenville, SC into a gospel family led by father Thomas and mother Ruby Goodjoine. B.P.T. was introduced to song writing and performing at an early age, his father a well-known Gospel music writer and his mother a lovely songstress in her own right!
During his time growing up B.P.T was surrounded by the industry his father and mother had known but made a decision to make a huge impressive leap into the Hip Hop arena. His standings as an accomplished songwriter, producer, MC and an all-around artist have had a large impact on those he has collaborated with. While gaining more experience by attending college in Charlotte, NC and discovering his true passion, this lead B.P.T to migrate too college in Oakland, Ca where his introduction to some of the best rap and r&b talent in the industry begun.
