Notes
For this, my best work to date, I used equal parts Whirling Dervish, Fire-Breathing Horned Demon, Sensual Serpent Dancer and 1967 Shelby Cobra GT500.
I strove to be honest and to keep the monkeys at bay during the process.
Aiding and abetting me in this dubious enterprise are people who I can say, in all humility, are some of the finest musicians anywhere on the planet. It's an honor to have their madness on the album:
Drums on "Black Dog" and "No, Really" by Ronnie Ciago
Drums on "Sandfire" by Herman Mathews
Tablas and other percussion on "Sandfire" by M.B. Gordy
Drums on "Actual Proof" and "Fusillade" by David Anderson
Drums on "Hexanite" by Nick Seiwert
Bass on "Actual Proof" by David Hughes
Bass on "Hexanite" by Chris Buck
Piano on "Actual Proof" by Bill Fulton
Sax on "Actual Proof" by Vince Norman
Sax on "Fusillade" by Terry Landry
Trumpet on "Fusillade" by Bill Churchville
Canine vocal on "Black Dog" by Moby
All other instruments by yours truly.

From UBER-talented Bassist Chris Haller:
"Hey Byron, I gave your disc a listen, and have to tell you it is a work of art and lives up to its name magnificently. You are not only one bad ass metal-funk-jazz-world guitarist, you are pretty damn handy with a composer's and arranger's pen as well. While many of the tunes would make most rock guitarists weep with envy at your astounding chops, there were some beautiful quiet moments as well. The ballad Melt was aptly named." "...I look forward to giving this fine album more listens, to bask in your musical vision. Thanks for sharing your vast talents and inspiration with us mortals my friend!"
..This is, of course, about as good as a compliment can get. I don't feel worthy of such praise, but I'm not above pasting it here and suggesting you give it a listen and decide for yourself...and the BEST compliment I could get is if you BUY THE ALBUM.
Enjoy!
