This is a record of my journey through depression, but it's not depressing to listen to. Mainly, it's about my need to be loved.

Some time ago I registered the domain name "I love and I live". I believe that short statement represents the core value waiting at the root of human existence. What are we without love? What life do we have without it? I have spent most of my life in fear. That is not a life lived. Now, I open myself up to the limitless possibilities of love.

Music has always been important to me but was cut from me like a limb detached. I willingly watched as the surgeon methodically went about his business. Now I am allowing the universe to magically reattach the severed limb, one stitch at a time.
