MYSW is an L.A. based three piece rock group with two singer/songwriters up front and a wild man on
drums. MYSW has a versatile, high energy rock sound that pulls influence from many spectrums of music.
As for the live show, MYSW has a super hero energy that makes anyone and everyone want to get naked,
trade bodily fluids and live life free.
The trio consists of Nate Allen (drums), Brian Davis (guitar, vocals) and Corey Naughton (bass, vocals.)
The band formed in 2003 with Nate and Brian collaborating on ideas in their garage. After writing a few hits
it was time to record. Along comes Corey, who was to record three of the hit songs and fill in on bass for
the recording. As it would be, in the process of recording, the three became aware of the powerful unit that
they could form. A year later the 3 hits became 20 and a 14 song cd was recorded, packed full of warm
up your car, turn up your stereo, let's go to Vegas music.
In the next years, MYSW will be playing out as much as possible, in town and out of town. They will be
building a following and selling as many CD's on their own as possible. The band will be putting together
all of their connections to put together the best business team they can. MYSW is very interested in touring
and would love to find some support for that. The group is focusing on internet promotions as well via sites
like cdbaby.com, myspace.com, everything rock.com, ect... in order to help spread the creamy ear butter that is MYSW.
MYSW is eager to get out and turn people on to their brand of high energy rock and roll for the masses.
This is still a young group since officially forming late 2003. Now that the album is done, it shouldn't be
long before this band matures into a force in rock music... or at least in the local bar scene in Tujunga.
