Description

The long awaited debut CD delivers a self described brand of New Country Arena Rock with memorable lyrical content, engaging melodies and masterful musicianship. In rock opera format this collection is deft with gritty power anthems and lamented ballads.

Notes

The Jackstones are Andy, guitar and vocals, Rick, Keyboard, Guitar and vocals, George, drums, and Bjorn, bass. Formed several years ago in San Diego, California, The Jackstones live show has always been a rowdy, rock and roll experience. Successful songwriters and musicians in their own right, The Jackstones decided to embark on an original project that started as an EP and grew into a full 13 song CD released in September 2014.

Self-described as New Country Arena Rock, the band and songwriters Lorenzini and Machin, take the listener through the highs and misfortunes of nearly everyman on "What Brings You Here", the first CD from The Jackstones. From the compelling opening riff of "Breaking Me Down", to the lamented goodbye played out in "Next Time You Amaze Me", The Jackstones paint a rather blurry, yet magnificent, picture of what its like to be forlorned, lost and loved all in this millennium, all at the same moment.

"She Dyed It Red" the first single and video from the band, immediately takes you to that point in ones' life where no is not only the best answer, but the only answer that makes sense. Our heroines role in stark black and white suddenly becomes a vibrant red array of color, and she never looks back.

We know you will enjoy the music, and come out to see us when you can.
