StykFaktor is a "Darkwave" band from the Midwest although there are some "synthpop" comparisons floating about. It would be nice if StykFaktor's music could not be "defined" however that is a fate of all bands one must live with. To be "defined". Having said that, the best "description" we have seen out there is this one.
"These Midwestern goth experimentalists could be the morose sibling of Depeche Mode. Their dark menace is apparent, as is their tuneful addiction to early-'80s synth pop. StykFaktor goes for the retro obscure sound and emerge victorious".
