Description

Following the incredible success of Viking King, Steven Clark Kellogg's 2nd public album features not only larger than life Epic original orchestral music, but also a collection of emotionally touching and beautifully unforgettable melodies.

Notes

Steven Clark Kellogg has been composing contemporary instrumental music for more than 15 years. It's big, it's bold, it's powerful, it's orchestral (but not always), it's absolutely gorgeous and truly amazing!

Here's what others are saying about his music:

"With all the music I receive daily, it takes a lot to floor me. Steven I'm on the ground looking up! There is a style so unique and powerful here that you will never forget this artist." Richard Ginsberg, SYNTHETIC PLEASURE MAGAZINE

"Steve is one of the most accomplished composers I have ever heard. His work is up-tempo, lively...constantly changing. Very melodic music, where the technology does not overshadow the composition." Ben Kettlewell, RADIO STATION WMOR-FM, BOSTON

"Polished and Professional" Jim Aikin, KEYBOARD MAGAZINE

In the 1990's Steven studied film music at UCLA, from legendary TV and film composers such as Jerry Goldsmith (Star Trek franchise, Poltergeist, Rambo series, etc). He also learned by listening and listening and listening to others who were best in their class over the years.

He grew up playing drums, then guitar, then keyboards. He is incredibly grateful to be able to leverage all the remarkable technical advances in music production and recording. He has taken full advantage of this technology and has built up an incredible collection of state-of-the-art virtual instruments, hardware and software.. Of course he'd still prefer to use real musicians and a real orchestra, but this isn't a bad 2nd option.

In the 1990's he almost got signed by Crescendo Records (best known for jazz albums from such greats as Louis Armstrong and Art Tatum) but a deal couldn't quite be reached. He later signed with Spotted Peccary Music. Today he leverages digital music publishers to spread the word.

Steven sums up his music this way:
"I want my music to take you on a wild, heart pounding roller coaster ride and leave you feeling much better from the journey."
