Mental Sauna has helped many people get into a relaxed state which allows for meditation and sleep as well as helped those with insomnia or hyper active minds and even helped parents with active children calm and sleep. This music has also been used as a background for writers and other creative to block out the distracting sounds of the world and be able to focus on creation.
