Description

To celebrate 10 years since The Idlers formed in a flat in Lincoln, the band have compiled all of their recorded tracks together for the first time.

This epic 14 track album features EVERY track the band ever recorded including the single 'Momemtum/Silhouettes' and the 'Bright Tomorrow' EP plus 2 never before heard live tracks.

Rewind 10 years to 2005 and 4 young lads from Lincoln began rehearsing in a farm barn before hitting the stage. After hammering the UK tour circuit the band signed with OTO Records in 2006 releasing 'Bright Tomorrow' to a warm reception. This led to bigger gigs supporting 'Dirty Pretty Things' amongst others. 2007 saw the band play their biggest gig at the Carling Leeds Festival and release the double track single 'Momentum/Silhouettes'. Several more demos and online tracks were released before the band called it a day in late 2008.

It was quite a journey and one that made the band friends for life.
