Notes
"Music is my canvas, and I paint what my heart and soul feels."
Biography of Fred Deaguero, Jr.:
An early appreciation for music made a significant impression on this artist. After learning the clarinet in seventh grade in beginning band, and without the benefit of any formal schooling, Fred went on to learn several other instruments -- piano, trombone, and trumpet. He began composing and arranging music as early as 1973. His very first public performance was aboard a military base where he was stationed in the early-1980’s, where he placed 6th among a field of over two dozen competitors. Although he has written over a hundred songs, and played music for over 35 years, he looks upon himself as an “unknown musician”, and admits to not being Mozart or Beethoven on the keyboards.
With encouragement of family and friends over the years, he fulfills his life-long dream to have his music heard by all. The message of his music is to relax and enjoy life, and to reflect upon the tapestry of life itself. Fred's music is reflective in nature, touching on his experiences and feelings. The music compositions reveal a very honest side of love, happiness, tranquility, and the discovery of the struggles of life, which we all have experienced. He lives in the Denver metropolitan area, working by day in the legal profession, and writing his music in the evenings and on weekends.
On his debut CD, “Nocturnal Tides”:
Having been influenced by a variety artists such as Jim Brickman, John Tesh, Kenny G., and even Henry Mancini, his debut CD is a smooth and relaxing blend of twelve (12) original New Age/Instrumental music selections, for listeners of all ages. It not only features his songwriting talents, but also shows his ability to solely perform, develop, mix and produce the music. Beginning with the picturesque “Scenic Passages”, leading to the upbeat instrumental “What A Wonderful Day”, and progressing to his light but moderate styling of “Until There Came You”, and then “floating along” with the mesmerizing sounds and music in “Gentle Wind”, “Twilight Echoes”, and “Nocturnal Tides”, a sense of relaxation will take place, that is sure to lead you to an ultimate state of calm by the last song, “’Till We Meet Again (A Tribute and Remembrance)”.
Go ahead, give a listen. We believe you will be pleasantly surprised with this solo CD production by Fred Deaguero, Jr.
