Notes
DETAILS: Full length 12-song collection with Bonus DVD featuring: Live in NY (CBGB's) Concert Footage, Making of the Album (In Studio) Footage, as well as Nine additional non-album tracks.
About Downshallow:
Since its inception, Downshallow has been spreading their music to all who are willing to openly listen... a fair and square chance to impress is all that's asked.
Downshallow, one of the most prominent bands to come out of the NY/NJ area in recent years, delivers a brand of hard rock, in which melody and energy are tightly bonded. A union of lyrical imagery, expressive dynamics and solid grooves, Downshallow's music has garnered attention through shows, the internet, and the traditional "word-of mouth", playing at legendary clubs like CBGB's & Stone Pony, as well as touring the Tri-State, New England & Philadelphia areas.
Alex Shaddix, the vocalist & lyricist of the group, sings with a heartfelt intensity that is unmatched by many in music today. Rob Ferreira, guitarist, elevates the listener with his soaring solos and awe-inspiring textures. The bottom end is held tightly together by Ant Salcedo, whose melodic approach to bass playing adds substance to the rhythm section. And to round out this chemistry infused unit is drummer, Justin Smith, who provides accentuating rhythms that create the difference between a standard song and a sonic movement.
Having released short run copies of previous EPs, Downshallow is now armed with a full length 12 song collection featuring a BONUS DVD with live & studio footage as well as nine additional bonus tracks.
