Notes
Hibbity Dibbity had a simple beginning, as two young-boys and their guitars began handcrafting tunes and singing them to the locals. They quickly gathered enough tunes to get the folks feet stompin', drawing inspiration from the planet Saturn, rocks and minerals, magnets, and Rainbow. Their sound became fully realized as they expanded their membership to the full five, with the addition of keyboard, drums, and Fender Bass. Everyone in the Dib came from completely different backgrounds, helping to create a truly unique style rich with boogie-spice and natural flavorings. Playing as many shows as they could, HibDib gathered a fanbase of premium rubies and bonafide bowsers that melded their hip gyrations to the soulful vibrations of their funk-fueled pirate ship of sound. After taking a tour of the greater Chicago area, they took to the Coyote Hearing Studio in Oakland, CA with "Uncle" Chuck Gonzalez for a 5 day marathon recording session, and after a few extra days of mixing and mastering, they completed their self-titled debut album.
