Finespun - Gritty Rock from NY - like Chevelle knocked out Chris Cornell @ 3 Days Grace' House while Breaking Benjamin watched.

"Finespun, a 4 piece band from New York who typifies the everlasting love affair we all have with the raw power, energy and emotion of rock and roll..." - Colorado Wave Radio and New Artist Radio

Finespun plays MMC14 - review PA
Category: Music Finally we have our first repeat from last year, Finespun from New York. Finespun popped their acoustic cherry on our stage last year, and since then, they’ve toured FYEs playing acoustically. The played “Sticks and Stones” with a lot more confidence this year. I was lucky because I finally got to see them plugged in at Jackson’s Junction, and now I understand why they thought they could never play acoustically. Great musicians can do anything they put their hearts to, and these guys are all great! Hopefully we’ll see them back again next year.

Pop Culture Magazine had this to say:

For over 7 years, Oren Barack and Finespun have graced the underground New York City music scene with its unique brand of balls-to-the-wall, hard-edged rock'n'roll. They've played some of the biggest music industry conferences -- including NEMO, NXNE, the Millenium Music Conference, and SXSW -- have opened for the likes of Gilby Clarke, The Black Crowes and King's X, and have played sold-out shows across the country. And their hard work has paid off: their newest album, Fracture, was produced by Anthony J. Resta (best known for his work on record labels EMI and Sony, he has produced Duran Duran, Megadeth, Perry Farrell, and Blondie, to name a few), they have received endorsements from Sam Ash and Knucklehead Strings, and their song "Invisible" was featured in a webisode of Hampton High Revealed, which received over 3 million plays since its inception.
