Description

The follow-up to 2011's "My Dub Ate Your Honor Roll Student," the latest from RobotDojo fuses thick dubstep with hip-hop, glitch, and drum 'n bass in a mad trip through the robot invasion. The album features lyricist Bipedal Uprising.

Notes

Opening in the happy, care-free world of "Junior Sweet," RobotDojo's first full-length album quickly plunges listeners into the struggle for human freedom from the invasion of "RobotMarch" to the climactic battle of "Total Destruction," the denouement of "Robot's Lament," and, finally, the requiem of "T.R.M.F.L." The album features Bipedal Uprising as the humanoid voice in the wilderness encouraging and, ultimately, lamenting the fate of the human race.

"We Don't Negotiate With Humans" entrances from beginning to end, but clearly shines brightest on the deep dirge of "Robot's Lament," as the rumbling bass and ripping leads dropkick listeners with emotions that the robots overlords will never truly feel.
