Pianist Martin Eagle has performed with jazz luminaries such as Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Paul Motian and Steve Swallow. His compositions and CDs have been lauded by critics and fellow musicians including Marian McPartland and Claus Ogerman. Guitarist Dave Gitlen, bassist Peter Innocenti and drummer Jeff Crouse embody a wealth of professionalism and extraordinary musicianship. The current recording ranges from the harmonic complexity of Lost and Joy, through the playful rhythms of Oddly Enough, the straight ahead swing of Every Now And Then and Daylight, the beautiful Bossa Novas Allison, Beijo and Game Of Chance, and the lyrical ballads Why Do I Love You and Found. The album is a journey of exploration and a serene arrival.
