Notes
The Opinions produce an energetic blend of Rock and Roll that takes their influences from the 60's , 70's and 80's and brings them up to date. With tongues firmly lodged in cheek, the Opinions take on mid-life crisis,( New Car Smell) tabloid journalism (The Incredible Frog Boy) and the chalanges of teaching one's parents to use the internet ( Dirty Girls in Your Area).
Of course it's not all giggles as the boys tackle weightier topics on Crossed that Line and How Far Down, and what would a rock and roll record be without at least one song about a women who done you wrong? (Your Locket Chain).
"New Car Smell" captures the energy and the great vibes of a band who has been bowling folks over since the early 80's. In some sense the first release has been in the works for 30 years and it's well worth the wait.
