Notes
Lilly Mason is a Vancouver born, Toronto based singer and songwriter. She has been performing solo since 2008; and as a lead singer in funk/rock bands The Break Down and Max Phoenix and is a member of the female music and poetry collective Womyn of Indigo. Lilly is known for her unique and undeniable tone of her voice and as an inspiring improviser and songwriter.
She delivers passion and a positive message which is poured out in her musicality and through the emotions in her voice. Her live shows pull you in with enchanting melodies, compelling rhythms and amazing energy. Her music is soulful with folk/electronic influences. It is lush in tone, chilled out, sensual, intense and thought provoking. At times stripped down to acoustic guitar, her sound is fresh and powerful.
