Description
Inspiring, funny and story songs that will create greater harmony among people and grow a more loving world - contemporary folk with some new age flavor.
Notes
Ken's songs come from a deep commitment to create greater harmony among people by offering words and music that will live in our hearts and grow a more loving world. Funny songs, such as We'll start a new life tomorrow, Uncondiitonal Loving, Joy & Acceptance Blues and You Must Be Present to Win top the list of songs requested and loved in coffee houses and spiritual centers.
Ken has been playing guitar and performing for thirty years, but truly opened a new life with the songs on this album and Standing in the Light due out in May 2004. Many of the songs were written while performing at a spiritual center. The words in each song are positive and inspiring, and the guitar playing, including some great lead and bass, are beautiful and clean.
The second album is a little more jazzy, and spiritual, with beautiful vocals added by Ann Roach and some great flute and saxophone. The blend of voices and harmonies helps take the words deep into the heart.
Ken is also a Waldorf teacher and has published two books.
