Keith Yoder is a multi-instrumentalist who puts his skills to use on Mosaic - a 14 song collection featuring him singing all parts and playing guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, dobro, octave mandolin, and bass. If you want to hear a one man band playing in the bluegrass/newgrass style this is it. Bryan Kimsey in a Flatpicking Guitar magazine review said "Yoder pulls a Rice-like tone from his guitar. I'm not saying he is a Tony Rice clone; only that he pulls that kind of tone from his guitar. Note-wise the does a lot of floaties and shows, in general, a complete mastery of the instrument. That could be said of all the instruments he plays, actually. The guy is simply a musical chameleon. You'll find quite a bit of guitar playing on this disc and it's definitely worth checking out." Les McIntyre in a Bluegrass Unlimited review said "Mosaic is a fine production highlighting the enormous talents of Keith Yoder." Keith has been teaching full time since 1994 on all of the string instruments and teaches at many camps around the country including Steve Kaufman's Acoustic Camp.
