Russian alternative rock group Climbatica was formed in 2006 in the Southern city of Orenburg originally as a kidsrock club. The're not kids now and are still going strong as an adult group based in Moscow. This is their second album, and originally recorded in 2007 for a local and Russian internet fan base. This album, Crudux Cruo, is way beyond what you may expect from teens, this is not "pop", this is not for the faint hearted, this is heavy. Climbatica made some impact around the time of this album and were invited to perform on Russian TV, and have been back several times over the last few years. This is strong music and long overdue a hearing in the West.
