Debut album for this talented singer/songwriter with a heartfelt writing style and a powerful voice that knows how to tell a story. Blending contemporary country, pop and folk, these catchy melodies are sure to get stuck in your head.

Rachel Summerell is one of the brightest new singer/songwriters to step into the Australian country music arena in recent years. With a great voice and a heartfelt writing style, Rachel blends catchy melodies with real stories. Rachel wrote her first song at seven and began performing in her hometown of Ulladulla. As a teenager, Rachel moved to Sydney, but life’s struggles meant that music was relegated to something only dreams were made of. Rachel continued to write, but surprisingly only sang covers in public, winning numerous singing competitions, performing in bands, musicals and choirs. She even ran a karaoke business. But Rachel’s passion for performing her own songs never let her be, so in the midst of a mid-life crisis and with a heavy dose of self-belief, Rachel finally put her original songs ‘out there’. In 2011 Rachel won the Tamworth Songwriters Association National competition and in 2014, she joined LBS Music’s stable of artists, released her debut single, “I’ll Miss You” and won the Best New Talent Radio Award for 1629am Newcastle and Coast FM 963 Gosford. In 2015, Rachel released her second single, “You’re My Man” along with a stunning video clip. Both singles are included on the much anticipated debut album, “No Secrets”.
