Growing up listening to a wide range of music is exactly what created what the world knows as Cory Fisher. Cory was nurtured into loving soulful grooves and funky riffs which is exactly what you will hear when you dive into his songwriting. With the influences of both his mother’s and father’s musical tastes, he soaked up all he could from The Doobie Brothers, Journey, and Alter Bridge, along with many others. Cory was at the meer age of thirteen when he decided to teach himself how to play guitar to perform along side of his friends in a band for their school talent show. There is no denying his guitar playing was self taught because of the emotion he presents when he plays.
Songwriting was soon to follow once Cory was playing music for himself. With a tasty blend of rock, soul, and funk, each original song has a fresh take on the influences he grew up on.
