Original cornfed rock with a passport. Three of the songs were written in Daegu, South Korea. The rest of the album was finished in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Built For Slow is the one man band created by Brian Smith - from Kansas.

Hello there! My name is Brian Smith and you are looking at the notes for my first solo album. Hmmmmm.....what should I tell you.? I recorded this in a little room in back of my house in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The music on the album is an eclectic mix of rock, power pop , and blues based music. It took a year to make this, stealing time in between work and family. My hope is that there is something on the album for everyone. I had a lot of fun making this and I hope you enjoy it.
