King MC has been called "the christian 2Pac" and "an alternative to Eminem". His favorite phrase is "Mix 2Pac and Eminem with Christianity and King MC is what you get." After battling depression, he finally gave his life to Christ at the age of 19. In November 2002, King MC released his first album entitled "Shut Up The Devil". The title track made it all the way to #1 on the MP3.com christian rap charts for the summer of 2003. In the fall of 2003, he released his second album, "Nightwing". Followed by "E=KingMC2" in the spring of 2005. "Offensive" is his fourth offering to the world of christian hip hop. Why Offensive? "Simply put," says King MC, "the world finds the gospel offensive." King MC has been privlaged to perform in various cities around the United States. He has shared the stage with such acts as Ill Harmonics, Rough Draft, Vocab Malone, Emcee Quest, and Three Chord Wonder just to name a few.
